Georgetown / George Town

edit

The names of these two places are different, so they should probably have their own disambiguation pages (I think, might be wrong). -- (WT-en) Ryan 18:52, 16 July 2006 (EDT)

See Talk:Georgetown. Also, you should really consider creating a login - typically if I see an anonymous contributor making redirects and such I assume it's a new user who may not know what they're doing. It is of course fine if you have some reason for not creating a login, but it would help the rest of us greatly in identifying you if you chose to create one. -- (WT-en) Ryan 19:19, 16 July 2006 (EDT)

Disambiguation

edit

Thanks for all of the help with disambiguations, but please not that according to the Project:Article naming conventions an article with a name like Warren County (disambiguation) should only be created when there is a Warren County that is so much more famous than the others that a disambiguator would be a hindrance. Paris and London are two such cases. In all other cases, move the existing article (such as Warren County) to a disambiguated name (Warren County (Virginia)) and then edit the original page (Warren County) to make it a disambiguation page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions. -- (WT-en) Ryan 20:17, 16 July 2006 (EDT)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
