Cologne Blue as default skin is evil.

- I find that however many times I switch to the classic skin and click save, it just reverts back to the default skin. And I'm doing everything I did in wikipedia. Can anyone explain this? 81.132.244.60 20:59, 24 Dec 2004 (EST)
did you change the skin in the LocalSettings.php file?
