Unfortunately, a link you added to a webm file had to be reverted because Wikivoyage has so far chosen not to use video files. See Wikivoyage:Image policy#Other media for the policy. If you would like to reopen discussion about changing this policy, have a look through the Wikivoyage talk:Image policy#Proposal to allow video files thread and see if you can address the sticking points in that thread.
