You are allowed to identify yourself on your user page, but you are not allowed to tout ("best in Bali," etc.). Please have a look at welcome, business owners as well as don't tout for some guidelines you can follow.
In addition to this, to help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.
