city in Texas, USA
Snyder is a city in the Llano Estacado region of Texas. It was a very rough and tumble place in the early days after first being settled in 1878. Then there was an oil boom period. Now Snyder has a college (Western Texas College) and a little more of a diversified and stable presence.
