Touty "Sleep" listings

Should we summarily delete all listings that, based on their phrasing, were obviously added by self-interested parties, albeit perhaps some time ago, or should we detout them? Examples:

I think if we're being consistent, we should delete all these listings and possibly this one, too, though it's much easier to detout if we like:

• Hoyt House Inn, 804 Atlantic Avenue, ☏ 800-432-2085, innkeeper@hoythouse.com. A magnificently restored 1905 Queen Anne Historic Mansion with 10 luxurious rooms, heated pool and spa, near fine dining, the beaches, and everything historic. its quite comfortable, mate. 

If we do delete all those listings, only the following would remain, and even this one is a bit questionable:

• Ameilia Island Ocean View Condo. Great summer or winter rental; clean, convenient, and affordable. Second floor nicely furnished condo, with 2 bedrooms and 1 recently remodeled bath with walk in shower. The condo is located on S. Fletcher Ave across the street from the beautiful beach. Well-equipped kitchen, living room/dining room that is clean and comfortable. Condo is centrally located and is convenient to historic downtown Fernandina Beach, and other Island attractions. Shopping, dining, and outdoor activities nearby. Large furnished deck allows for outdoor dining. Outdoor shower available for after-beach clean up. 80$/night. 

So what do you think? Should we keep only the last listing or two, pruned of unnecessary location touting and such, or should we delete all the "Sleep" listings and start from scratch? What would best serve the traveler? Ikan Kekek (talk) 01:17, 10 February 2013 (UTC)
