Do we need provincial articles for this region? The five provincial articles have little text, and they lead to a total of 10 city articles and 2 other destination articles. I think this information could rolled up into the Central Cuba article, and the provincial articles redirected, with the existing content commented out so that it can be easily restored if the need arises.
