Merger

I suggest that Norberg and Fagersta are merged together into "Norbergs bergslag", a name for the historical mining district comprising the entire area. As the main POI in the area, Engelsberg, is located outside of (and at about the same distance from) both cities, my impression is that most visitors come here for the area, rather than for the cities. -- User:MartinJacobson
