Incorporated and unincorporated

edit

@Ikan Kekek:

"Garden City is a large area in the heart of Nassau County, on Long Island, in New York, consisting of the Incorporated Village of Garden City (the area's anchor community, and the one for for which it is named; it is a village and not a city, despite the name!), the Incorporated Village of Stewart Manor, and three unincorporated hamlets: East Garden City, Garden City Park (also associated with the New Hyde Park and Mineola areas), and Garden City South. In addition to the Incorporated Village of Garden City, this article also covers the unincorporated hamlets of East Garden City, Garden City Park, and Garden City South – as well as the Incorporated Village of Stewart Manor."

This seems to provide more detail than necessary on the municipal organization, and is repetitive. Can we leave out some of the legal language?

Yeah, it doesn't matter to a traveler whether a place is incorporated or not. Ikan Kekek (talk) 17:56, 7 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
The Stay safe section also seemed to be infected by a redundancy virus. Ground Zero (talk) 18:09, 7 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
