Talk:Hamburg/Neustadt-Altstadt
District name
editOK, I had a change of heart. Because of the inclusion of HafenCity and a cumbersome name (why do we put Neustadt ahead of Altstadt?) I am leaning towards renaming to Hamburg/City Centre as originally proposed. PrinceGloria (talk) 06:43, 9 March 2015 (UTC)
Why is there no "get around" section
editThe title says it. Is this not required for district articles? If I understand Wikivoyage:City guide status correctly, this is the main thing that's missing for declaring this district a guide... Hobbitschuster (talk) 15:08, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
- One of the reasons is perhaps because nobody really cares for declaring this or that a guide. Not that I believe there is any reason NOT to have it, but for such a small-sized district we might not need any further instructions beyond what is in the main article and some bit of orientation that is/should go into "Understand" (which is also missing, btw, even more sorely IMHO). - Wikivoyage:District article template doesn't include Get around (nor Understand). Of course it's always good to add extra information to help travelers. ϒpsilon (talk) 04:40, 25 June 2015 (UTC)
- But the guidelines to declare a city a guide, which supposedly apply for districts as well mention it... I think we should change that or make separate guidelines for districts, as they are markedly different from cities in several aspects, the most obvious being their size.Hobbitschuster (talk) 11:29, 25 June 2015 (UTC)

Toutiest listing ever?
editI'm bringing over listings from the German version and adding coordinates to all listings in all Hamburg's districts. Then I ran into this listing. If we ever need a second example of a touty listing in Wikivoyage:Don't tout#Examples, here it is:
- 25hours Hotel HafenCity, Überseeallee 5. Germany's prime design hotel chain never disappoints with hotels featuring a mix of modern, retro and various pop-culture influences throughout. The restaurant is also a highlight in its own right.
Should go without saying that I deleted it from the article...
