It barely covers the fine points of iloilo. The article sounds more like an editorial written by a disatisfied traveller. Please cover more of local culture and especially the food as iloilo is known for its local cuisine.

Article name

"Iloilo City" seems to be a common English-language name for this city, and moving the article there would get rid of the ugly parentheses. Eco84 (talk) 14:49, 29 March 2016 (UTC)

Confusing text

What does this mean?

"The supposed conversion of the Catholic-majority Ilonggos to Protestantism are protested by both the Ilonggos and American Catholics, resulting to changes in American colonial policy in the city."

Did a majority of Ilonggos convert to Protestantism or not? What was the nature of the protest and what were the changes in American colonial policy in or toward the city? (Note, by the way, that the tense is wrong, leading to more confusion.) Ikan Kekek (talk) 07:25, 18 October 2023 (UTC)

Also, about St. Anne's Church:

"It is a Gothic renaissance church"

What does that mean? Is it in part of one style and in part of another? According to w:Molo Church, it is "neogothic" and constructed in 1888, so I'm going to go with neo-Gothic, which is how we tend to spell that word here. Ikan Kekek (talk) 07:29, 18 October 2023 (UTC)

I'd just delete the first sentence you quote; it is not relevant to travel.
