As far as I can tell, the North Shore region has been partially subdivided into subregions. The region is made up of six municipalities:

Caniapiscau -- covered here in a single rural article
The Upper North Shore -- included in the Manicouagan article
Le Golfe-du-Saint-Laurent -- covered here in the Le Golfe-du-Saint-Laurent article
Manicouagan -- included in the Manicouagan article
Minganie -- covered here in the Minganie article
w:Sept-Rivières -- not included in any subregion article
