Ceremonial bathing a sport?

I do not object, but there are a lot of similar issues in the Sports hierarchy. E.g. horse back riding is often a means of transport – the most efficient means to get to some places, a fun way to get to others. Those going abroad for the sport have little help from our article (the others neither, but extending the article to be useful for these others is at least realistic). Also cross country skiing is often a means of transport rather than a sport. --LPfi (talk) 19:03, 21 November 2016 (UTC)

Do we have a topic on Coastal safety, or Saftey near bodies of water ?

How about "Water sports"?

In U.S. English, "Water sport" would be one sport, while "Water sports" would be two or more. British English uses the singular but Brits wouldn't have trouble understanding the plural, whereas the singular is just wrong to an American. Since this article describes and links multiple sports, is there any good reason that we should favo(u)r British usage? Ikan Kekek (talk) 18:41, 30 December 2019 (UTC)
