My name is Lynne and I am the official Public Realations officer for the Cacadu District Municipality in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. The Cacadu district includes the regions of Addo, the Baviaans, Grahamstown, Jeffreys Bay & St Francis, the Karoo , the Sunshine Coast and Tsitsikamma.
