Hi. My name is Marek Poláček and I mainly edit Czech Wikipedia, but I also started doing edits on English language projects as well (like English Wikipedia and here at English Wikivoyage). I also contributed in an effor of getting Czech Wikivoyage out of Incubator, which succeeded and I'm not an editor on Czech Wikivoyage. My goal was to provide as much important structure templates and project pages and help pages as possible, as well as provide as much main article content as possible and interconnect articles with relevant other articles. I've built a table that lists most of important and reasonably interesting English Wikivoyage project pages, templates and help pages and manuals (might as well look into wikiprojects later on), this table was used as a reference guide in building the structure. Table also contained red and blue links to the relevant page on the Incubator that should connect back to the "envoy" original once it's been transferred. We're possibly going to make our own system of breadcrumbs, make our own wikiproject pages, we're certainly not going to copy everything one on one, because let's be honest, most people reading Czech Wikivoage will come from Czechia and will want to know relevant informations from our perspective. That means we're not going to center everything around English speaking countries and instead focus on informations relevant from our own perspective, and add additional perspectives later. Wikivoyage is really a great project and idea.
Because Czech Wikivoyage is already out, I'm probably going to begin translating guides from English Wikivoyage to the Czech one, and maybe contribute with my own guides here as well. The Incubator table is probably gonna be transferred into my czvoy user space, with all the links fixed to point to the correct pages, as well as adding more languages to support, and making some changes. If I would be honest, envoy would also benefit from major changes in the project pages, templates, and modules. I was kind of surprised how much messy it really is here. It made my contribution efforts to czvoy much harder honestly.
In future I'll make restructurization to my user page and make my own user sandbox and user templates. The most important one is gonna be a header. It's gonna be a translated copy from czvoy.
