Hello 01887! Welcome to Wikivoyage.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.
If you are a Wikipedian then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:
- NPOV → be fair (not quite the same thing!)
- be bold → plunge forward
- Village pump → travellers' pub
- External links → We do not use a separate external links section, but incorporate primary links only into the text itself.
- sandbox → graffiti wall
- stub notes → Article status notes

The effort you have put into Wilmington, Massachusetts is impressive. However, it would be beneficial for you to read some of our guidelines as the do differ from Wikipedia. In particular, we prefer to have external links to primary sources, rather than Wikipedia. Also, we prefer that essential information for travellers is mentioned in Wikivoyage, rather than just being referred to a website from Wikivoyage, because Wikivoyage articles are intended to be used on the road, when you are off-line and away from a computer and so want to know the street address to tell a taxi driver or at least can find a telephone number to call for more information. By using our listing forms and tags you will capture the essential information the traveller needs to know and present it in a standard way. - (WT-en) Huttite 05:59, 24 February 2009 (EST)
