Hello Alarm!

Welcome to Wikivoyage. Please take a sec to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, but feel free to plunge forward and edit some pages. Scanning the Manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you need help, check out Project:Help, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub.

Thank you for contributing to Stockholm. -- (WT-en) Huttite 18:45, 4 Jan 2005 (EST)

Welcome and thanks from me too, but please take a look at the Project:Manual of Style, esp. Project:Attraction listings, before you start making large formatting changes. Also, links to external sites like Google Maps are not really in line with Project:External links policy, we'd much prefer to have our own maps. (WT-en) Jpatokal 07:52, 23 July 2007 (EDT)
No worries -- I was mostly referring to changing listings into freeform text, ie. from "* Wasa Museum" to "Another interesting place is the Wasa Museum". Using the new <see> listing format is the easiest way of making sure everything is formatted perfectly.
As for maps and other external links, one of the main reasons the policy is so strict is that it encourages to do the work of adding content here instead just being lazy and pointing to other sites.
Please don't let any of this discourage you from adding information though — as you've already noticed, the Stockholm article could use some help! (WT-en) Jpatokal 08:58, 23 July 2007 (EDT)
