Hello Anurag!

Welcome to Wikivoyage. Please take a sec to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, but feel free to plunge forward and edit some pages. Scanning the Manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you need help, check out Project:Help, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub.

Thank you for contributing to Patna, Goa and Old Goa. Please read the External links and article templates, especially the Small city article template guidelines. Although Wikivoyage is like Wikipedia, we have a different style, meaning some of your headings are out of place. -- (WT-en) Huttite 16:31, 5 Jan 2006 (EST)

Hampi

edit

Hi, I think it was I (as an anon user) who gave the wrong mileage from Bangalore to Hampi not Ravikiran. Apologies. (WT-en) Windhorse 6 Jan 06

Yes it wasn't I. I have no idea of the distance between Bangalore and Hampi. --(WT-en) Ravikiran 12:36, 6 Jan 2006 (EST).

Bangalore article

edit

You asked a question about the Bangalore article on my talk page. Although this is Ok, a better place to ask the question is on the Talk:Bangalore page. That way everyone else can discuss the question too. And the answer is kept where people will look for it. You can still ask me to join the discussion there. And it saves having to keep 3 pages updated. Thanks for asking anyway. I made a change that I think will work for a while. -- (WT-en) Huttite 07:35, 9 Jan 2006 (EST)

Kokkare Bellur / Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary

edit

Hi Anurag. The articles that you are starting for bird watching sites in Karnataka look great, but if you could also include information about places to stay, eat or drink it would make the articles much more useable. Even if there are no such facilities, then it might be good to say so, then visitors can make prior arrangements - just a suggestion (WT-en) WindHorse

Sure I will add them -(WT-en) anurag 08:03, 13 Jan 2006 (EST)
Great. I request out of personal interest as I would like to visit these places next time I'm in Bangalore (WT-en) WindHorse 13 Jan 06
