Hello! Welcome to Wikivoyage. Please take a sec to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, but feel free to plunge forward and edit some pages. Scanning the Manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you need help, check out Project:Help, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub.I look forward to seeing your contributions for England and Japan! --(WT-en) Majnoona 12:15, 3 Apr 2004 (EST)

Great start on Liverpool, it's a fun city and I'm, glad to see it added. You might want to take a look at Manual of style, especially the article templates. But feel free to just keep adding info and we'll follow up with the format and style. Thanks! (WT-en) Majnoona 11:20, 5 Apr 2004 (EDT)

Hi Cheers, I just wanted to let you know why I edited some of your stuff on the Sendai page. It wasn't to remove the flavor or color from you writing, but because you had a lot of first-person ("I") comments which are a problem for wiki-articles. If you want to re-add some more descriptions of the area that would be great, but try to avoid making it sound like opinion-- if you _show_ how great it is, people will realize it's wonderful without you saying "I think it's wonderful." Take a look at some of the other articles to get more of an idea about this style-- I know it takes a little to get used to! I look forward to reading more about the places you've been!
