I've restored the "Cities" header to Nova Scotia since that is part of our standard Project:Region article template. In general even if a place only has towns or villages we still use the heading of "Cities" to keep things consistent, but thank you for contributing! -- (WT-en) Ryan 19:21, 28 January 2007 (EST)
