Welcome edit

Hello!

Welcome to Wikivoyage. If you want to specialize your experience you may want to consider editing your preferences. Please take a second to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, but feel free to plunge forward and edit some pages. Scanning the manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you're new to the whole wiki community look at the wiki markup to get an idea of how to use the wiki markup. If you need help, check out Project:Help, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub.

P.S. I've noticed that you have been changin the section title of "Talk" on country pages to "Language" we would rather the section title remain "Talk," for consistency, however, if you do feel strongly about this subject please discuss changing the policy on Project:Section headers. Thanks - (WT-en) Sapphire 23:45, 12 May 2006 (EDT)

Hello! Please see Project:Bad jokes and other deleted nonsense for some examples of creative article edits. Copying and pasting the same line of code into templates will generally just be reverted in accordance with the Project:Content guidelines, but more creative efforts will be kept around for the amusement of future visitors. Feel free to discuss on Project:Bad jokes and other deleted nonsense if you have any questions. -- (WT-en) Ryan 15:01, 26 May 2006 (EDT)

External links edit

Please read over Project:External_links to see how we like to link to external sites. I suggest this because I've had to revert some of your edits. Additionally, we've seen you add several comments, which, haven't proved to be very useful. Please refrain from adding these comment tags unless it is essential. Thanks. Block edit

It's easy enough to undo damage, so we don't do blocks. If you're looking for some kind of "I got blocked by Wikivoyage" badge... sorry. - (WT-en) Todd VerBeek 07:59, 14 June 2006 (EDT)
