Seriously, if you want to make changes like eg. noting that there's a new satellite phone operator in Oz, there's no need to say anything on Talk -- just edit the article! The Talk page is for controversial stuff and hashing out big structural changes etc. (WT-en) Jpatokal 09:33, 22 March 2008 (EDT)
