Thanks for your edits to Ulster County and Hudson Valley. I've partially reverted them for the time being. According to our current regional breakdown, Ulster County is entirely within the Catskills region of New York. If you'd like to discuss changing the regional divisions, please open a new discussion at Talk:New York (state).
