Hello Kurkoski!
Welcome to Wikivoyage. Please take a sec to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, but feel free to plunge forward and edit some pages. Scanning the Manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you need help, check out Project:Help, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub. --(WT-en) Huttite 22:43, 5 Jan 2005 (EST)
Good start on Chofu, by all means post it up directly instead of hiding it on your user page. And BTW, say hi if you run into my former prof Terada Minoru, who's also at the U of Electro-Comms these days and evidently in your department too... (WT-en) Jpatokal 22:50, 5 Jan 2005 (EST)
- Hi, thanks for your encouragement. Seems like you are more of an expert on Chofu than me, if you stayed at UEC. I should at least get the address of that curry restaurant. I'll keep my eye out for Terada, unfortunately I spend too much time in my lab.
Sorry about borrowing your homepage, but I'm not sure you've seen the comments on your Talk page. So please go ahead and write your additions directly into the pages in question, there is no need to be shy! Your content looks superb. And you might want to sign up for the Project:Japanese Wikivoyage Expedition too. (WT-en) Jpatokal 05:36, 12 Jan 2005 (EST)
- Done, thanks for your encourangement. Kurkoski 15:03, 19 Jan 2005 (JST)
Again, please put your additions directly into the content pages instead of hiding them away in the sandbox — there is no need for perfection, Wikivoyage is a work in progress! Things written in your sandbox cannot be seen by travellers, and it's a huge hassle if you have your own copy and then somebody else edits the original page. (WT-en) Jpatokal 11:58, 20 Feb 2005 (EST)
- Thank you for your comments. (WT-en) Kurkoski 03:02, 24 Feb 2005 (EST)
