Welcome edit

Hello, Rajkumar Vijayraj! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Project:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub.

Thanks for your edits to Shravanabelagola! It's great to have an Indian contributor so enthuastic about travel—most of our guides to Indian cities are desperately in need of a clean-up as they are constantly magnets for touts with poor English skills. I hope you stick around and provide much needed care to Wikivoyage's India coverage. – (WT-en) Vidimian 16:32, 24 October 2010 (EDT)

Thank you very much for your welcome note- I have started my works on the Belur article. I can contribute at the photo department too. I am hoping to contribute to about 50 south Indian locations of tourist interest. Looking forward to your support- Thanks again and Regards- Rajkumar.

That's great. So I will keep an eye out on the progress of the articles as much as I can, and please don't hesitate to ask me at my talk page if you have any questions or need any help/extra hands. – (WT-en) Vidimian 16:34, 25 October 2010 (EDT)
One minor issue I'd like to remind: you seem to (perhaps accidentally) remove article status and breadcrumb navigation tags at the end of the articles, which appear at the end of "get out" sections at the editing window. They should be looking like this (for example, at the Belur article): {{outline}}, {{cityguide}}, and {{isPartOf|Hassan (district}}. The first two yields the status note you'll see almost all articles, while the last one yields the geographical hierarchy given at the top of the articles, just below the title. – (WT-en) Vidimian 16:46, 25 October 2010 (EDT)
