License upgrading edit

- He did actually explain his reasons here. IMO, though, this is an abuse of the process, as he is not actually objecting to the license change—he's using it as an excuse to remove his contributions under wholly unrelated motivations. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 05:11, 1 November 2009 (EST)
