Hello, Suplilumas! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Project:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub.

Thank you for your contributions, but please take note of our policy on external links. The link you are adding to the various Turkey articles is a violation of that policy. Please stop adding it. --(WT-en) Peter Talk 04:40, 4 February 2009 (EST)

There are two reasons why links to araratturkey.com are violations of Wikivoyage site policies. The first is that it is a secondary source for information—we only allow links to official websites for specific listings. The second relevant policy is our policy on tours, as it seems that araratturkey.com does provides tours. Tours may be listed and linked to under the conditions enumerated there, but araratturkey.com does not meet condition #1, and possibly #2 as well. The cappadociahotairballoon.com link is ok because it is used only as an official, primary source for the hot air tour balloon listing, and because that tour listing meets the four requirements of our policy on tours. I hope that clears things up, and look forward to seeing more of your contributions! --(WT-en) Peter Talk 05:47, 4 February 2009 (EST)
