Hello! Welcome to Wikivoyage. If you want to specialize your experience you may want to consider editing your preferences. Please take a second to look at our copyleft and policies and guidelines, but feel free to plunge forward and edit some pages. Scanning the Manual of style, especially the article templates, can give you a good idea of how we like articles formatted. If you're new to the whole wiki community look at the Wiki markup to get an idea of how to use the wiki markup. If you need help, check out Project:Help, and if you need some info not on there, post a message in the travellers' pub. - (WT-en) Andrew Haggard (Sapphire) 17:34, 23 May 2006 (EDT)
Linking to maps
editHi Turelio! Sorry about the confusion regarding the map link rollback-- there should have been more of an explination! The issue with linking to external maps isn't so much about Project:External links as our goals, one of which is for these guides to be usable in other formats besides the web. A link to a map website doesn't do too much good on the bus! We also have quite a few folks who are interested in making maps specificly for Wikiravel-- take a look a Project:Mapmaking Expedition if you're interested. I hope this helps explain things and that you aren't put off by what happened-- I'd personally love to see more work on North Myrtle Beach (have you considered becoming a Project:Docent?) since South Carolina has long been on our road-trip wish list! Anyway, let me know if I can help out in any other way and I look forward to seeing your contributions! (WT-en) Majnoona 09:26, 26 May 2006 (EDT)
Spa and Massage in Essen - your edit
editHi Túrelio, please check the section in Cologne. It's quite common that people like to enjoy a spa or a massage while traveling and the practice located in Essen. I added it again. After all, people do not only spend time with eating and drinking. Unsigned edit as of 00:09, 25 June 2006 by 80.139.213.137
Hi. I rolled back your edit to San Diego -- generally it's better to put such questions on the talk page (since it's not really of use to the traveler). Unfortunately, I don't recognize the street myself. -- (WT-en) Jonboy 12:02, 22 March 2007 (EDT)
