Hello, and welcome. I'm sorry to inform you that as per Wikivoyage's policy against touting, anyone who owns, works for, or does paid publicity for a sleeping accommodation is not allowed to post a new listing for it. The reason for this policy is simple: Avoiding obvious conflict of interest.
Having said that, it would be great if you would do what the rest of us do - volunteer your services as an editor by sharing your knowledge in a non-promotional way. Please see welcome, business owners for some thoughts on that.
