Hello EN-Jungwon.
Regarding these two edits, they are not spam nor a tout, but rather looks like a new contributor just adding some travel content. Please be careful when doing reverts like that next time, as this could possibly cause confusion for new editors like this one (who did NOT add spam) and you do not appear to have a particularly long cross-wiki record outside Wikidata and Wikipedia.

- Hey, no worries about that. Wikivoyage is slightly different from other projects when it comes to spam, because this project suffers more from touts and then some normal random IPs who seem like touts but who are not and vice versa.
