Nesebar

edit

Hi, seeing your addition of Nesebar to the Bulgaria article, I clicked through, and it sounds kind of incredible. I'm curious—can you go diving and see the sunken city there? --Peter Talk 02:57, 22 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

It's a very interesting city, with a history that dates back to the ancient Greeks (Jason and the Argonauts supposedly traveled in that area). But I don't know of any sunken city. I've only visited it briefly, while on a tour of Bulgaria the first time I went to the country. A brief search shows that 1/3 of the old part of the city has been eaten away by the sea, so there might be scuba opportunities there. Nerfer (talk) 04:54, 22 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
