Hello. Welcome and thanks for your contributions. Please have a look at this site's pages on touting as defined by Wikivoyage and tour listings. Your day tour of the Gower Peninsula doesn't seem allowable under this site's exception rules at all, so I'm deleting listings for it. But if it were allowable, it still couldn't be listed in more than one article. On the other hand, your bike tour can be listed, but I eliminated all promotional text from the listing in the Cardiff guide.
