No, it's not a problem at all to post a listing for the same thing on different-language Wikivoyages, just follow the guidelines at Wikivoyage:Don't tout - emulate the "Good" example and avoid any resemblance to the "Bad" one at Wikivoyage:Don't tout#Examples. Do you understand why we kept reverting it, warning and then blocking you? You weren't not careful enough: you didn't read Wikivoyage:Don't tout. If you had, you wouldn't have made the mistake shown in the second bullet of Wikivoyage:Don't tout#Identifying touting. Then you would have proceeded to read the rest and avoided other mistakes. Also read Wikivoyage:Words to avoid. And don't reply again until you've read all the links I've given you in full. I'll also give you another: Wikivoyage:Geocoding.
