Lugansk to Norway

Hello, I want to help a person in Lugansk to travel visit Bodø in Norway. How can you help me make the travel possible ?Will you help me ?Can you contact me ,so i can make an order to get a person travel to my city ?

- @Helge Didriksen: We don't provide advice by email. I assume the person can get to Russia. The border at Kirkenes was open last I checked. They will need a visa to Norway (unless they are visa exempt) and perhaps some paperwork for Russia. Check with the authorities. –LPfi (talk) 11:10, 7 November 2023 (UTC)
