Naming conventions

This has come up in regard to the names of Pristina/Prishtina and w:Shkodër/Shkodra. Per Wikivoyage:Naming conventions, we use the name or spelling which is most often used in English. Should we post about this on the project page? Ikan Kekek (talk) 19:14, 31 July 2021 (UTC)
