No FoP for art in the US. @Ikan Kekek, SelfieCity, LPfi: do we want this? (What annoys me here is that this was nominated by a Wikivoyage bureaucrat!). SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 09:05, 14 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
Seems it is used through Wikidata, for the map. Local images cannot be used that way, and I don't think it would be important to have in the article. Hopefully the deletion discussion is added to an undelete in category, although the year would be far in the future (Commons:Category:Undelete at an unknown date#Works by living people). –LPfi (talk) 09:21, 14 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
@SHB2000: Don't be annoyed. Deleting files that violate copyrights is a way of protecting our projects, and deleting files on Commons also a way to protect re-users of Commons content. It is annoying, but the annoyance is due to copyright laws (which are unreasonable in many respects), not to people keeping us lawful. –LPfi (talk) 09:38, 14 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
It would though, be nice to notify the wikis (on wikis where Community Tech bot isn't active) or upload it locally... SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 10:44, 14 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
