Rename to Long Island City and Astoria

Astoria makes up the majority of the area covered in the article. Should we include both names in the title? This has also been suggested in Talk:Queens#Districts, but I'm not sure why it hasn't been implemented. –sumone10154^(talk) 03:34, 29 October 2013 (UTC)
