Hello, Meltwaterfalls! Welcome to Wikivoyage. Thanks so much for the work you've been doing on Portsmouth, Dublin, etc.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.

If you need help, check out Project:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. -(WT-en) Todd VerBeek 17:04, 14 May 2007 (EDT)

Photo size edit

Do you have a larger version of Image:2606.jpg (Skellig Michael)? Photos can be uploaded at full size, and then resized to fit on the page, which produces better results when the article is printed. See Project:How to add an image for details. Also, it's helpful if you give the file a more descriptive name when you upload it. - (WT-en) Todd VerBeek 12:44, 25 May 2007 (EDT)

UNESCO Heritage Sites edit

Instead of hard-linking to Get out sections or other cities, please just create the city as a redirect, eg, Holasovice to Ceske Budejovice. This way it can easily be changed later. (WT-en) Jpatokal 11:16, 14 June 2007 (EDT)

World Heritage Sites in countries/regions edit

Please don't import World Heritage lists wholesale into countries — it makes no sense to list eg. Prague both in the "Cities" section and again in a "World Heritage sites" section. Instead, list them as Cities/Other destinations. (WT-en) Jpatokal 06:57, 5 July 2007 (EDT)
