Seishun 18 Ticket

I notice you have written a Seishun 18 Ticket article. A really informative article too. Unfortunately it seems to be a lost child at the moment, and doesn't seem to fit comfortably anywhere. I am wondering if an article about Rail travel in Japan is needed, to put the Seishun 18 Ticket article in its context.
