Hello, WebGurl85! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Project:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub.

A big thank you for reading the tours policy ;) I hope you'll add some info to the Peruvian Amazon article—it's a shame for such an interesting part of the world to be so devoid of information! The more information that is there, the more travelers will learn about it (and along with it, your business). Wikivoyage's search engine exposure is quite high, so filling out articles in your area can actually be a valid strategy for improving business in your area. One contributor from a winery in Colorado did such a bang-up job with his area article that we've decided to feature it on the Main Page! --(WT-en) Peter Talk 15:32, 1 August 2009 (EDT)

In reference to this, listings for big city attractions are supposed to go into District articles, not the main city article. I've already moved those listings to their proper district articles. (WT-en) PerryPlanet Talk 11:52, 14 August 2009 (EDT)
