Welcome edit

Hello 103.163.182.86! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.

If you are a Wikipedian then you may notice some differences in policies and the style of our articles. These include:

It may also be very useful for you to check out Wikivoyage:Welcome, Wikipedians. If you need help, take a look at Wikivoyage:Help, or else post a message in the travellers' pub or on my talk page. Thanks for contributing!

Yes, it's OK to copy and paste content from Wikipedia with credit, which you gave in an edit summary. However, keep in mind that Wikivoyage has different goals and style than Wikipedia, and its articles are in a different format than Wikipedia articles. We normally would not have an article about a sub-range - see Wikivoyage:What is an article - but if Ganesh Himal is a park, you could start a park article with a Wikivoyage:Park article template. Otherwise, your new article should probably be deleted, with information about the sub-range being put in the article for the nearest town.

Let us know if you have any questions. If you ask them in a reply below, someone will see them and respond.

All the best,
