Hello, 62.216.206.185! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Wikivoyage:Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub.

By the way, have you considered creating an account here? While you can absolutely keep contributing as an anonymous user, it promises a bunch of benefits, and no obligations.

Thanks for your updates to the Munich guide!

Actually, it's a guide to a city that has a Wikivoyage:Huge city article template and is the parent article for several district articles. There shouldn't be any listing templates in that article; instead, a few highlights should be summarized in prose (with or without bullets) and linked to relevant district articles. Of course I can see you didn't start doing that, but it nonetheless should be cleaned up, which is why I put a "movetocity" template in the article and added a post to the Talk:Munich#Move content to District articles thread.

You are a new user, though, so don't worry about this too much, and keep adding information. If we need to move it or it duplicates information in district articles, that's no disaster at all.

All the best,

Thanks ... I actually wrote most of the original Munich article on wikitravel in the early 2010s and a lot of the content made it apparently over to here. I only added in a listing the ESO supernova which makes more sense than the ESA Columbus Control Center, which has very limited offerings for the general public to visit.

Yes, but full listings should be only in Munich district articles, as Munich is now a districted city on Wikivoyage. Also, please sign posts on talk pages by typing 4 tildes (~) at the end of each post. Welcome to Wikivoyage, and have a look at Wikivoyage:Wikivoyage and Wikitravel if you're not familiar with some aspects of the history between the sites. This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
