Hello. Please read welcome, business owners, SEO and don't tout. People who own, work for, or do paid publicity for hotels are forbidden from adding listings for those hotels on this site. Thanks in advance for your cooperation in the future. Ikan Kekek (talk) 20:03, 1 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi. In reply to your message on my talk page: Look at don't tout, please:
"Because there is an inherent conflict of interest when someone is being paid for their edits, if you are working for a hotel chain, a marketing agency, or a similar organization then you may not add listings for that business to Wikivoyage articles.
So the answer to your question is that there is not a right way for you to add listings for hotels. Instead, if you would like to volunteer your free time, like the rest of us do, to post information helpful to travelers that you don't make a profit on or get paid for, please do so.
Thanks for having a good attitude, and I'm sorry to disappoint you.
All the best,

Ikan, that's not entirely correct. Proprietors of individual businesses are encouraged to add a (neutral, fair) listing to one article, and to improve the content of articles for the places where their businesses are located. What we prohibit is employees of hotel chains or marketing agencies from posting listings for multiple properties. LtPowers (talk) 12:50, 2 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
