Hello, Kwameghana! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.

Thanks in particular for your edits to Ghana!

One small issue: You've come up against what's called the 7+2 rule, whereby it's standard at the nationwide and other non-bottom regional levels to have no more than 9 cities and 9 "other destinations" listed, so please participate in a discussion at Talk:Ghana about which 9 "other destinations" should be listed in the article.

More important would be creating articles about the destinations that are currently red-linked. It would be fantastic if you are able to start articles for them!

All the best, and happy editing!

I can only repeat what I posted over 4 1/2 years ago. Instead of listing "Towns in Ghana", which we don't do as part of the Wikivoyage:Country article template, create articles about any interesting towns that have no article, and link them from their region within Ghana.
