Hello, Snackeg! Welcome to Wikivoyage.
To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.
Thanks for starting an article on food tours. I think that's a good subject for an article. I did move the "External links" section to the article's talk page, though, because of aspects of Wikivoyage policy that are laid out at Wikivoyage:External links and Wikivoyage:Tour. My feeling is that whatever information we want in the article should be in the article, with no external links, because I think the article should be generally instructive without promoting any individual tours, booking sites or other informational articles about them. We would leave it to individuals to decide whether to do a food tour, or which one to do, though we could certainly offer them some suggestions of how to pick a good one and avoid a bad one, if there are clear things to look out for.
Article titles on this site are generally in title capitalization, so I'll change the article's name to "Food Tours".
All the best,
