Merge in Naval and convert to rural area article?

This is a region article with only one destination article underneath it, Naval. The island is not very large (536.01 km² (206.95 sq mi)), and likewise, merging the content from Naval will not overload the article. Other thoughts? --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta) 11:33, 4 October 2022 (UTC)
