Public Artwork sources

The subsection Culver_City#Public_artwork under See is a bit of a jumble. It looks like it was originally from an itinerary article, Culver City and Palms on foot. Similar text, with lat/long coordinates, can be found at a Google map [1]. Culver City government has two useful pages [2] and [3]. I think the section should be converted into See templates, each with an address and lat/long, and all entries for a single address should be collased into a single template.
