Which entries are relevant?

edit

By WV:Relevant, historic buildings should only be included if they are of particular interest for a visitor. Which ones should be deleted? Which should be inserted to more generalized descriptions? /Yvwv (talk) 03:11, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

This article is quite long. Might it be a good idea to district this city, regardless of the fact that it's small in population? Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:32, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
I would support splitting this article up due to its sheer length, even its population is around 65k. --SHB2000 (t | c | m) 06:40, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Most of the entries are private buildings which are not open to the public, do not have organized hospitality, are not likely main attractions for visitors, and are not otherwise relevant for listing by Wikivoyage:Listings#Historic_buildings,_sites_and_natural_formations. One solution would be to create an a travel topic named architecture of Sopron with listings useful to a visitor; compare articles such as Stockholm quay palace tour. /Yvwv (talk) 13:04, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yvwv's solution makes the most sense to me. Ground Zero (talk) 13:23, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
The other sections are pretty long, too, so that doesn't come close to completely solving the problem, IMO. Ikan Kekek (talk) 14:11, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
For disclosure, the wording of Wikivoyage:Listings#Historic buildings, sites and natural formations is mine, partially motivated by the excess of entries in articles such as this, and other Hungarian towns. I am not sure whether there is consensus behind the policy. /Yvwv (talk) 14:44, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
