Welcome

edit

Hello, Beeblebrox! Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style, as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page. If you need help, check out Help, or post a message in the travellers' pub. If you are familiar with Wikipedia, take a look over some of the differences here.

Thanks for your great work on the Homer article! Those of us who have been working to get this site ready weren't sure what to expect once the launch was announced on Wikipedia, but if we get more edits like yours then the future of this site will indeed be a good one! -- Ryan • (talk) • 05:44, 15 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the welcome and the praise! Since original research is allowed here and I have worked in tourism-related businesses in Homer for fifteen years I think I can take this a pretty long way pretty quickly. I'm sure there are many other places I have visited in AK I can pitch in on as well. Beeblebrox (talk) 05:47, 15 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Kenai

edit

Hi @Beeblebrox: I just created the Kenai page, (as an outline), and I saw that as you seem to know quite a bit about places in that region of Alaska, could you possibly have a look at the Kenai article and maybe check what I've added and complete it please? Thanks in advance.  Seagull123  Φ  20:35, 29 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Kind fo surprised that didn't already exist, I'll have a look. Beeblebrox (talk) 19:56, 30 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
@Beeblebrox: Thank you so much for that! It's great that you could do that. If I can help you at all, please just let me know.  Seagull123  Φ  20:19, 4 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
