McAllen

Hello, I saw some of the edits that you made on the McAllen page. Thank you for doing that. The previous editor did not know the difference between advertisement and a travel guide. Months ago, I tried to delete very promotional info about the city. This has been an issue on their Wikipedia page as well. De88 (talk) 21:35, 21 December 2016 (UTC)

The editors of this page love to boast way too much about the city. It's quite frustrating because most folks think McAllen is some kind of mecca, when there is just chain restaurants and big box chain stores in every corner of the city. Nothing special.
